The Administrative Table of Faith Church is a combination of serveral standing committees: Finance, Trustees, Staff-Parish Relations, and Memorials & Scholarship. The chair persons of these various ministry areas are:

The Finance Committee establishes written financial policies to document the internal controls of the locla church concerning financial issues. The committee provides for auditing of the records of the local church and its' organizations, recommends to the Church Council what depositories are to be used for church funds, makes sure funds contributed for a specific cause are disbursed to that cause in a timely manner, develops and recommends a budget to be adopted by the Church Council, is responsible for annual financial discipleship campaigns, is charged with developing and implementing plans that will raise sufficient funds to meet the budget adopted by the Church Council, and administers the funds held by the congregation giving direction to the Church Treasurer and Financial Secretary.

The Board of Trustees, at the direction of the charge conference or its' executive agency the Church Council, provide supervision, oversight, and care of all real property owned by the local church and of all property and equipment aquired directly or indirectly by the local church or by any society, board, class, commission, or similar organization connected to the local church. The Trustees review and recommend property and liability insurance issues. They receive and administer bequests and trusts made to the local church (although the Charge Conference may deligate this duty to another specificially developed committee, lilke an investment committee). This is the only committee within the local congregation at which a quorum is required for a meeting.

The Staff-Parish Relations Committee identifies and clarifies the values for ministry which they themselves hold in order to be able to reflect on and engage in conversation about ministry and mission, particularly the role and work of a pastor. This committee works with the pastor and staff on matters of effectiveness of ministry, relationships with the congregations, conditions that may impede the effectiveness of ministry, interpret the nature and function of ministry; confer, consult, and counsel the pastor and staff on matters pertaining to prioritities in the use of gifts, skills, and time; to communicate and interpret to the congregation the nature and fuction of ministry in The United Methodist Church especially regarding open itineracy, and the preparation for ordained ministry; develop and approve written job descriptions and titles for associate pastors and other staff members in cooperation with the senior pastor; consult with the pastor and staff concerning continuing education appropriate to fulfilling the mission of the church making recommendations concerning the hiring and firing of staff members and compensation items for both appointed and hired staff members; recommend lay preachers and candidates for ministry to the charge conference; and confer and consult with the pastor, district superintendent, and bishop when it is clear that the best interest of the local church and the pastor(s) will be served by a change in the pastoral appointment.

The Memorial Gifts & Scholarship Committee receives and administers funds given to Faith Church for the purpose of memorializing a person who has died. They also have the responsibility of administering the funds set aside to provide a scholarship to a graduating high school student attending college or trade school.

As with all committees in The United Methodist Church, the pastor is a member of all committees of the church which comprise the Administrative Table (Book of Discipline para. 340) and the Administrative Table as a whole.

The Program Table is a combination of several standing committees which meet together to provide leadership and oversight to the program areas of Education & Children's Ministries, Worship & Music, Mission, Youth, Evangelism, Hospitality & Caring Ministries, Seniors Ministries, and Small Group Ministries.

Building Expansion & Renovation Committee & Chair: Todd Merritt


Nominations & Leadership Development & Chair: Daniel F. Diss

The Committee on Nominations & Leadership Development is to identify, develop, deploy, evaluate, and monitor Christian spiritual leadership for the local congregation. Members of the committee engage in and are attentive to the mission of the Church, are mindful of issues of diversity, and work with the church council to identify and develop the Christian spiritual leadership of/for the congregation.

In the United Methodist Church, the pastor of a congregation is the chair person of the Committee on Nominations & Leadership Development (Discipline para. 258.1(c)).
